About Elizabeth Dalrymple

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and owner of Thrive Physio in downtown Decatur. After starting my career as a nutrition program coordinator for a clinic in Haiti, I decided to combine my passion for helping others with my love of movement to pursue physical therapy. Having competed as a Division I softball pitcher, I understand the importance of having a healthy body and the dedication necessary to reach one’s optimal level of fitness. At Thrive Physio, I have the privilege of delivering concierge physical therapy services one-on-one for 55 minutes, utilizing functional dry needling, the Redcord suspension system for neuromuscular activation, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional training. I am also an SFMA, TPI Level 1 and BFR certified practitioner. I strive to not just treat the symptom, but find the root cause of a client\'s pain. My greatest joy comes from connecting with clients on an individual level to create a partnership in physical rehabilitation and wellness.
