Greetings! I work as a leader and skilled in organizational change, leadership development, coaching, conflict management and education and training. Some of my accomplishments have been co-authoring a Department of the Air Force curriculum on suicide and sexual assault prevention; co-authored a Community Action Plan where I created evidence-based programs to address maladaptive behaviors impacting family, individual and community members; authored a Concepts of Operations that synced the interoperability strengths of six helping agencies to focus on prevention, problem-solving, and remediation of all Armed Forces members, civilians, including women and minorities; and partnered with other professionals to create a program that will provide conflict management tools and skills to military members who attend professional military education.I am also a certified life and disaster coach through Fowler International Academy and a visionary leader that LOVES to inspire and motivate others.
