I\'m a Chief Skills Officer and workforce strategy executive working at the intersection of skills intelligence, AI, and organisational transformation. My work helps organisations move from role-based thinking to skills-based decision-making — building the infrastructure, tools, and culture to make that shift sustainable and measurable.My focus is on translating labour market intelligence and AI-driven insights into practical systems for recruitment, internal mobility, workforce planning, and organisational capability. I oversee the design and deployment of Skills AI solutions — including AI agents embedded within ATS and talent management platforms — that surface hidden skills, untapped talent, and transferable capabilities. These systems are built on unified skills taxonomies and continuously updated labour market data, enabling organisations to align talent decisions with where skills demand is heading, not just where it has been.Responsible and ethical AI is central to how I work. I champion transparent, explainable approaches that preserve individual data agency and drive inclusive outcomes — ensuring skills intelligence amplifies human decision-making rather than replacing it.I also work closely with higher education institutions, policymakers, and innovation partners across the UK and Europe, supporting future skills readiness in the context of digital and green transitions. With a DPhil from Oxford and postgraduate qualifications from UCL, I bring academic rigour and commercial experience to complex, systemic challenges.
