About Ekaterina Stoops
I’ve devoted my career to shaping and advancing higher education, both internationally and within the US. My journey began in Russia, where I explored ways to humanize teaching and place students at the heart of the educational process. After earning my doctoral degree, I shifted my focus to practical, hands-on work that makes a difference in students\' lives.I specialize in four key areas: Creating a Culture of Belonging, Culturally Relevant Strategies, Humanizing Student Learning Experiences, and integrating AI into Education. Over the past two years alone, I’ve had the privilege of training more than 500 employees from the Washington Community and Technical Colleges and leading numerous workshops and coaching sessions for faculty and staff across various colleges and universities.This work is my passion, and I’m deeply committed to making a meaningful impact!In addition to my direct work, I offer consulting services to colleges and organizations looking to improve their educational and employee engagement practices.
