ABOUT DORA DZVONYAR

I love building and scaling organizations. I navigate both people and systems with empathy, detail orientation, and reliability - a combination that allows me to make even the craziest projects succeed. With a doctorate in Informatics, I bring a strong technical foundation to my work. I thrive in environments where ambition meets uncertainty - where big visions need practical pathways to become reality, and where a generalist mindset helps bridge strategy and execution. Over the past 10+ years, I have: Contributed to scaling Reverion as Chief of Staff during a period of massive growth and production ramp-up - driving organizational development, team coaching, process ownership, and internal communications, while leading the IT and grants management teams, both vital levers for growth, and working closely with C-level leadership to translate strategy into organizational reality Built organizations from the ground up: Scaling TEDxTUM into a 45-member volunteer team with stable processes that supported playfulness and innovation, and establishing the BIOTOPIA Lab’s structures, processes, and team to enable future growth Delivered ambitious projects, such as planning and executing multi-day, experimental events at the interface of science, art, and society that brought together diverse participants and pushed the boundaries of science communication Devised and hosted science & tech podcasts, curated and coached speakers, and moderated events to make knowledge engaging and accessible to wider audiences.
