About Don Burton

Dr. Donald Burton is the founder and Chancellor of Dunlap-Stone University, formerly known as the International Import Export Institute. Dr. Burton, a veteran of the US Navy and educated businessman, explored several industries before he found his true calling: teaching. Armed with decades of experience running mid-sized companies, Dr. Burton happily dove into graduate business education, where the brilliance and drive of non-traditional adult learners was on full display. Before long, Dr. Burton realized there was little support for student startups when it came time to export. Thus, DSU was created. Dunlap-Stone University has served the global trade community as a trusted provider of industry-driven education ever since it\'s inception in 1995. The university provides training to professionals in trade compliance, logistics, and adjacent international business ventures. DSU courses teach the practical implementation of the regulatory directives that govern the movement of goods and services across country borders. Dunlap-Stone University is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). DSU is licensed as a for profit post-secondary educational institution in the state of Arizona.
