ABOUT DOMINIC NICK LUCIA

Panama, Brazil, Africa, and other countries in these regions are quickly growing and expanding and the opportunities are available to anyone willing to step out of the US. After 4 years of long days and nights, and in-depth research, I completed a PRECIOUS METALS and MINERALS PROGRAM that immediately gained unexpected traction from perspective Partner Countries, Independent Miners, and investors. PROGRAM COMPONENT SUMMARY:MINING PRODUCTION:A combination of precious metals and minerals mining, we will provide ground-to-market distribution and delivery of gold, diamond, and other precious metals and minerals through a global B2B sales platform. With product located in the major markets, and an aggressive marketing program, will eliminate the “AFRICAN SCAM AND THEFT” reputation and stigma barriers that hurt hard working African miners. The miners have been isolated from buyers for decades. Independent miners and miner groups struggle to maximize production, and once we provide miners with mining equipment and expertise, we can increase production by 2 to 300%. BANKING, DIGITAL CURRENCY International banking with a Joint Powers Consortium, will establish a direct connection with central banks and pave the way for recurring revenues, platform operations, loan disbursement, and humanitarian project funding. This new model eliminates the need for foreign finance support, giving away the country’s natural resources in order to receive funds. This represents a significant paradigm shift in African nation wealth development and global financial stability. Moreover, this program will provide recurring funding for social and economic infrastructure improvements WITHOUT A COST TO THE COUNTRIES, and the funds will be managed outside of government. The countries in the program will retain long-term ownership of all in-country natural resources- the perfect private and public sector partnership. I was shocked when I learned that African mining that villages\" in some cases were the size of medium-sized US cites (150 thousand people) and did not have hospitals, water, roads, schools, etc. Africa is the last frontier, and many countries and investors want to claim the precious metals and minerals resources for their own security and industrial development. if Africa is not careful, they will end up losing the their only way out of poverty and despair. Thank you-
