As a seasoned formulation Team Leader with over 14+ years of experience in formulation development for regulated market spanning from prototype formulation development, process development for submission batches, product validation and post commercial life cycle management. Leading the team of 5 formulation scientists. Developed IR tablets, ER (MUPS/Matrix), DR tablets, capsules, ophthalmic, oral suspension & topical gel. Expert in pellet formulation development, PARA IV formulations & know how to develop 505(b)2 formulations. As a Team Leader, co-ordinate & communicate with all CFT members like head QA, RA, TT, Production, R&D, ADL, QC, PM & Purchase, driving strategic and operational leadership across the development centre. My key accomplishments include- Successful development of complex ANDAs and addressing FDA review queries - Developing and maintaining effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders - Applying quality-by-design (QbD) concepts and intellectual property rights (IPR) knowledge - Setting up new formulation R&D for global product development I\'m passionate about creating innovative, affordable medicines for patients worldwide, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products within budget and timeline.
