ABOUT DIPALI LADKAT

I am a Homeopath who has worked in public health and medical research for over twenty-five years. As a Medical Officer Research at Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute (HCJMRI) Jehangir Hospital, Pune. Passionate about working in medical and public health research. I have been working with tribal, rural, and urban communities, focusing on children, women and the elderly for health and nutrition.I have been engaged in research activities to understand the health and nutrition challenges faced by tribal, rural, and urban communities. This may involve designing and implementing studies, collecting data, analysing findings, and publishing research papers to contribute to the existing knowledge base.My diverse experience across various roles and organizations highlights my commitment to medical research, healthcare administration, and holistic medicine. Actively contributing to the field and striving to promote well-being and health through work.Community Outreach and Education: I have worked closely with communities to raise awareness about important health and nutrition issues. Organizing workshops, seminars, and health camps, provide valuable information, education, and practical guidance on maintaining good health and nutrition practices.My experience encompases the following: Collaborating with Local Organizations, Advocacy and Policy Development, Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Teams, Monitoring and Evaluation.
