About Devender Mandala
I am a highly motivated, goal-oriented research professional with a Ph.D. in Organic & Medicinal Chemistry, specializing in Multistep Organic Synthesis and Continuous Flow Chemistry. I received flow chemistry training from Prof. Paul Watts\' research group at Nelson Mandela University, and I have done work on several hazardous and low-yield products to convert them into continuous flow processes for improvement and scale-up activity. Last few years leading a team and responsible for all aspects of any given project; proposal and cost model generation, raw material sourcing, PR & D strategy, critical process parameter, and experimental design in batch and flow synthesis. Instructions for GMP manufacture of drug substance, and supervision of manufacturing assets in the plant.
