   GetWorkerFIT was created to support employers in filling job vacancies from a pre-qualified data base of job seekers while helping job seekers obtain the career direction and certifications required to fulfill their career goals. For employers, we provide a searchable data base of pre-qualified job seekers that posses the skills and competencies to achieve higher levels of productivity and job satisfaction, which results in improved employee retention for employers. For job seekers, we provide first in class assessment, career coaching, training and professional development opportunities resulting in validated behavioral and skills certifications in high demand by employers. GetWorkerFIT was designed to close the skills/opportunity gap between job seekers and employers by using new technologies to support both job preparation and the recruiting process.
