This work has supported both community members and Indigenous-led enterprises in strengthening leadership capacity, emotional resilience, accountability, and long-term economic and social outcomes.This body of work formed the foundation of Accountability Intelligence™, a human-centered, AI-supported assessment and development platform designed to help leaders and teams strengthen accountability, decision quality, and resilience under pressure.

I am a PhD Developmental Psychologist and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Digital Leadership, with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, leadership teams, and organizations strengthen accountability, retain talent, and deliver measurable performance outcomes.I bring a multidisciplinary approach to growth and change, supported by professional designations and certifications including MCC-ICF (Master Certified Coach), CPHR (Chartered Professional in Human Resources), CMC (Certified Management Consultant), RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor), and Prosci® Change Practitioner. I am also a professional AI adoption practitioner, a Health Canada–recognized service provider, and a registered mental health support provider with the First Nations Health Authority in Vancouver.My work focuses on organizational development and effectiveness through the design of behavioral and accountability-driven models that cultivate growth mindset, resilience, and sustainable productivity. I apply Systemic Team Coaching with an Agile enterprise approach to support cost optimization, waste reduction, and performance improvement across corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors.I partner closely with senior executives to build resilient teams, elevate decision-making, and translate strategy into measurable results.
