I am a technologist leading critical future innovation programs in P&G. I truly believe in \"Innovation is the heartbeat of any company\". I am most interested in innovation that solves consumer problems in meaningful ways - I like the initial chaos, and iterative process to keep getting to the ideal state. However, once you are in that ideal state and the well-documented order is established. I look for new challenges. I like to think of myself as who can learn anything and doesn\'t want to constrain myself with certain domains/expertise. My education, experience, network, and passion for science help me always learn quickly, define problems, and bring skilled people to materialize the idea/solution.In P&G I have won the most prestigious award for young innovators \"The John G. Smale award\". In addition, I also won the CEO award in the same year. I have eight granted patents - The brand like Mr. Clean Freak (4 fundamental IPs) and Dish upside down Dawn/Fairy product (3 fundamental IPs). In addition, several applications are in process. I have published several peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals and have written a chapter in the Polymer Engineering bookI have completed my Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany, specializing in \"Characterization of complex fluid using Fourier-Transform (FT) Rheology and Extensional rheology\" and in Physics from Uni. Of Strasbourg, France where my focus was on \"Fabrication of 3D thick scaffold using polymer electrospinning process \". In addition, I have completed my B. Tech + M.Tech (dual degree program) from one of the finest engineering colleges of India, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay, India.
