Lead the US firm-Integrated Mental Health Service, to include oversight of internal team of clinical staff and performance psychology consultants. Offer subject matter eminence with regard to the strategic design, development, and implementation of psychological solutions for over PPMDs and professionals. Build strategic relationships to further clinical psychological health and high performance psychology initiatives across all functions, and at all levels of organizational leadership. Supply tactical guidance related to the convergence of psychological issues and: work performance, crisis management, fitness-for-duty, threat assessment/risk, as well as other organizational and employee issues related to the expertise. Develop and execute associated disposition plans. Exercise clinical risk management practice to address risk at the individual, organizational, and firm/brand levels. Conduct triage interviews, develop custom referrals for self-id service requests, and engage ongoing case monitoring in a hybrid, psychology service model. Facilitate disruptive event management for large scale incidents. Develop and execute special projects to support evolving trends or culture-specific needs across functions and enabling areas that align with industry standard and clinical standard of practice. Grow performance psychology division services and solutions. Support ongoing development of modern, elevated, educational and self-management tools and resources; Lead research and analytics strategy and reporting; Contribute to enhancing the visibility of initiatives, promote \"best in class\" psychological solutions, and facilitate access and function across the enterprise. Manage ongoing affiliate relations development and construct a boutique cadre of expert evaluators, clinicians, consultants and treatment facilities to expedite direct care support. Engage effective management of all vendor and strategic partnerships.
