I have performed tasks as a Technical Instructor since January and have performed technical tasks such as Desktop Technician, System Administration, Network Design and Implementation for the past 28 years.I enjoy training others and learning from others, since both appear to go hand-in-hand. In my opinion a true technician is one who learns as well as informs the end user community on how to repair and correct non elevated user rights issues and concerns. This leaves more time to focus on specific IT service areas.At the University of North America I am taking on designing the emerging technology curriculum (from cybersecurity to artificial intelligence), upgrading their ON-PREM infrastructure, enabling their SharePoint for both storage and reporting features, and to upgrade their processes from manual patching to SCCM and using SCOM monitoring.Specialties: Hands-On & Remote Repair, Hardware, Software, Networking, Design, Technical Writing and other IT/IS related expertise.
