I am a multidisciplinary R&D scientist with a PhD in Chemical Engineering and strong experience (> 4.5 years) in developing cutting-edge diagnostic technologies, particularly electrochemical biosensors for IVD applications.     Led the ideation and development of innovative assay concepts- including half-antibody generation, HRP-mimetic systems, and antibody transfer from magnetic beads to electrode surfaces- and contributed to finalizing their provisional filings. Worked on the conceptualization and early validation of self-immolative electrochemical redox substrates for enzyme-triggered signal generation, contributing to new assay formats for diagnostic applications. Developing multiplexed electrochemical detection assays using molecular beacons and hybridization strategies on gold (Au) electrode arrays. Worked on ideation and early-stage development of an electrochemical alcohol-to-jet-fuel process, generating a technical concept and implementation road-map for potential scale-up. Prepared regulatory documentation for submission of test and manufacturing license applications to CDSCO, and QMS including- Plant layout - Cartridge manufacturing flowchart - SOP and work instructions (WIs) for cartridge assembly procedure - Quality Plan.
