As a SchoolBox mentor & coach for the Herzog Foundation, I have the privilege of supporting prospective and newly launched private schools. My role is to guide, equip, and empower school leaders as they grow and flourish in their mission to provide Christ-centered education. Our goal is to develop a path for new schools to launch and navigate their beginnings and the important first years to establish a firm foundation for future growth and sustainability.

ABOUT DALLAS LUSK
I am blessed to serve as the Executive Director at St. Mark located in Spring Branch in Houston, TX. In my role I function as Head of School for our growing education ministry impacting the lives of over 500 young students from 6 weeks through 8th grade. I also manage business operations for all of our ministries on campus. The church and school work closely together in a wonderful partnership which is something we are thankful for and realize is special. I oversee our advancement efforts and work with an amazing staff that brings Hope to the heart of Houston. I was called to serve St. Mark first as Principal. In my time here we were blessed to raise over $4.4 million dollars to help build our brand new sq/ft education building. The school has grown for 12 consecutive years, praise God! We also raised another $2million to renovate our sanctuary and have nearly doubled the operational budget in my time here. Prior to St. Mark, I served at Lutheran High North in Houston, TX as their Head of School. We developed a 1-to-1 iPad program where each student has a device that enhances their learning. We renovated much of the facility including athletics, classrooms, and cafeteria. Additionally, I re-started the Varsity Girls Soccer team after a 2 year layoff from fielding a team. We built a strong team that qualified for the state playoffs the 2nd year after returning in 2014/15.Prior to my time with LHN I served at Prince of Peace Christian School in Carrollton for 9 years. I taught multiple subjects, mostly in mathematics, and I began 2 sports programs there in Varsity Baseball and Girls Varsity Soccer. I also served as an Assistant Principal and a member of the Marketing Leadership Team. I\'ve been blessed to have great mentors in my life and I have a desire to do the same for others.I enjoy building relationships with students, parents, and colleagues that will last as we serve an amazing God together. I am blessed to be a blessing to others and am forever grateful to serve in the ministry field!
