Purpose: Empowering learners to create the future with confidence. With a unique blend of AI literacy, digital learning expertise, and a growth mindset, I empower learners and educators to embrace life-long learning and to shape a sustainable future through innovative digital learning. 🧭 Today’s learning journeys require a learner-centered and flexible framework and that’s what I design and implement. As a digital learning professional, lecturer and researcher, I ‍ Design and deliver engaging online courses and micro-learning modules that drive measurable learning outcomes. Teach intercultural communication and business English. ‍ Develop workshops, micro-learning modules, and course materials to empower students and educators. Research and develop online reflective tools, focusing in particular on the positive impact of anticipatory reflection on students\' metacognition and competence development.
