Dr. Miller is known for being a trend-setter, going against the grain and making bold decisions that help maximize personal and professional growth. She started this business after consistently finding that leaders most often have a passion to do \"the thing\" they love but lack the skills to build, grow and develop a high performing team. Her passion is to help leaders build successful, unified teams so that they can be the visionary, achieve freedom and have a massive impact in their personal and professional lives.In addition to starting her own company, Dr. Miller has been the CEO for a large organization for 15 years. She has led a team of over 100 employees and a multi-million dollar revenue generating agency. Dr. Miller is known for her accountability strategies and innate ability to help weave talented individuals into highly effective teams. She is a passionate, thought leader who believes in continuous improvement to ultimately be the best version of yourself to have the biggest impact in this world.
