ABOUT CORINNE TAYLOR-SMITH
I am the Chair of the Tigers4Ever Board of Trustees and am a hard working passionate Conservationist at this registered charity which I co-founded. In 2012, I completed a PhD iin HIV Pharmacology as a mature student. I have a diverse background from Banking, Finance Education and Medical.sectors with key skills in Corporate Governance, Strategy, Finance, Compliance and Audit. I have a scientific and pragmatic approach to wild tiger conservation and have developed an understanding of the hunan challenges which can make or break conservation efforts. I\'m a passionate fundraiser and problem solver. I have also served as an elected NHS Foundation Trust Governor. From my business background, I have a wide portfolio of Project Management skills including report writing, team-work and team-building, working to strict deadlines, objective analysis and problem management. In my project management roles there was often a requirement for pragmatic decision making and I always felt comfortable with the judgement calls which I had to make. I also have skills in System Implementation, Risk Management and a broad experience of People and Problem Management. I have two Professional Qualifications and language qualifications in Italian, French and Spanish. I plan to resume studying Hindi in 2025. I am self-motivated to take on challenges and opportunities share my knowledge and skills to provide a better future for the next generation.
