Fully supports the College\'s mission and strategic plan initiatives.As Department Chair, I develop and update schedule of class offerings in General Studies and Liberal Arts; staff sections; onboard, support, supervise, and conduct evaluations of all adjunct, full-time, and Dual Credit faculty; recruit students; advise students, especially for escalated issues for GENS/LIBA majors; develop partnerships with community partners and employers; lead advisory board meetings; and work with four-year partners in the Indianapolis area and statewide.Provide quality and engaging instruction in all delivery methods and formats within specific academic programs; provide timely and meaningful feedback to students regarding the mastery of course and program learning outcomes; engage students outside of class in support of the curriculum and co-curriculum; provide institutional support and community service; participate meaningfully in student retention and completion initiatives; support the College’s mission and strategic plan initiatives; conform to regional expectations of faculty performance and engagement.
