ABOUT CHRISTINE SACHSENEDER
I joined Kearney in 2012 and am a partner of the firm since 2021. Within Kearney\'s Automotive practice, I serve global clients (OEMs, system suppliers) on strategic topics in the context of product creation given the significant changes of the product itself. What drives me personally is the question how to ensure that my clients stay competitive in the midst of ongoing transformation the industry. My functional focus is on engineering (efficiency, cost reduction, launch mgmt.), product compliance, quality management and the related transformation (e.g. ESG, PMI, org re-design).Before joining Kearney, I received my PhD and diploma in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau, Germany.
