Former Marine Biologist biochemist / commercial strategist working as an independent consultant, setting up sustainable marine cultivation programs for multinational companies (Unilever, Quest International, Polar, Grinstead, Taurus, Kiso, Kelco) in remote areas in Africa, South America and the Far East. Responsible for identifying the market requirement for specific phyco-colloids and then identifying species and locations worldwide where commercial quantities could be strain-selected and produced. Such turnkey operations for particular clients involved liaising with all stake holders and ranged from setting up field operations, to reporting at board level as well as liaising with R&D, production and academia along the way.ParaglidingOne of Chris\' most memorable \"firsts\" was when he flew over Lake Titicaca in Bolivia, in 1992. His launch place was the fabled birth place of the Inca Gods, Isla del Sol. Chris won the British Cross Country Paragliding Championship in 1995 and took the silver medal in the 1997 British Championships. He has been a member of the British team on several occasions including the European Championships in Norway in 1996 and World Championships in Austria in At the Pre-World Championships 1998, Chris took bronze, beating most of the world\'s best paraglider pilots.Specialties: Aerial FilmingThe aerial filming arm of the company is lead Dr Chris Dawes and Judy Leden MBE who have a 20-year background in aerial filming and over 30 years in aviation.
