Leading the Global Name Screening Effectiveness & Efficiency Testing & Tuning (NSETT) programme, responsible for development and implementation of the programme\'s governance, methodology, testing and monitoring functions. NSETT, being GRA-owned sustainable and strategic analytical process, aims to continuously assess the rationale for and improve the performance of the match rules of the group-mandated name screening system. Through steering on required system configuration improvements, the iterative NSETT programme strives to help increase not only the “Effectiveness” but also the “Efficiency” of the HSBC\'s name matching capabilities on Sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and Grey Lists. Acting as SME for Match Rules Validation & Tuning analysis, ensuring match rule changes do not have a detrimental impact on screening effectiveness as per the Group’s Name Screening Risk Appetite Statement. Acting as Chief Liaison with in-country Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) teams for conducting regulatory testing and model enabler documentation, overseeing the management of Non-Mandated System (NMS) model validation reviews.
