ABOUT CHONSEY PIERRE POGUE

I am an educator, leader, entrepreneur, and action researcher committed to transforming teaching and learning through creativity, innovation, and equity. As the creator of the Creative Window Intervention & Approach (CWIA)—a validated TPACK-based professional development model born from my doctoral research at Arizona State University—I empower preservice and in-service teachers to meaningfully integrate technology and elevate instructional practice.My work spans K–12 special education, higher education, and entrepreneurial ventures. I have served as a Clinical Assistant Professor in a major teachers college, an Assistant Principal, and a dedicated Special Education Teacher, bringing deep expertise in instructional leadership, compliance, student support systems, and culturally responsive teaching. My action research has advanced how universities prepare future educators, contributing new insights into technological pedagogical content knowledge and Learning-by-Design.Beyond academia, I am the CEO of PogueHandmadeCrafts, blending creativity, craftsmanship, and business strategy into a thriving small business. I also develop digital educational resources, YouTube media assets, and productivity systems that support both teachers and learners.As an Educational Technology Master Presenter, I lead workshops, professional development, and conference sessions that help educators integrate technology with purpose and confidence.
