As a Group Lead/Associate Director of Cell Culture Process Development at Dr. Reddy\'s Laboratories, I apply my PhD in Biotechnology and over 10 years of industry experience to develop, optimize, and scale up biopharmaceutical processes using mammalian cell culture systems. I lead a team of 12 members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and efficient cell culture processes that meet the regulatory and customer requirements.My core competencies include design of experiments, data analysis, process modeling, scale-up, technology transfer, and product life cycle management.
