Beginning August 2024, I have the privilege of teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in Elementary Education, Research Methodologies, and Curriculum and Instruction. My role encompasses a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the academic growth and professional development of my students.**Responsibilities**-**Instruction and Curriculum Design**: Develop and deliver comprehensive course materials for undergraduate and graduate programs, focusing on elementary education, research techniques, and curriculum development. Ensure that course content is current, engaging, and aligned with educational standards-**Research Supervision**: Guide graduate students through their research projects, providing mentorship and support throughout the research process. Offer expertise in research design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation-**Student Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects. Provide constructive feedback to support student improvement and success-**Academic Advising**: Serve as an academic advisor to students, helping them navigate their educational paths, select courses, and plan their careers-**Professional Development**: Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest educational trends and research methodologies-**Collaboration and Committee Work**: Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, departmental planning, and academic committees to enhance the educational experience.
