Dr. Chelece-Atavia Brown, is a 1st gen Afro-Jamaican and dedicated Doctor of Social Work. She is committed to creating positive change in individuals\' lives, and communities, through her clinical expertise, advocacy, and outreach initiatives. Dr. Brown\'s personal/professional experiences drive her mission to dismantle stigma and promote open dialogue surrounding mental health challenges, recognizing the cultural nuances that shape perceptions within Caribbean culture. As a sought-after public speaker, Dr. Brown has shared her insights at conferences, and seminars. Her work consistently bridges the gap between theory and practice, offering practical solutions for real-world challenges. She believes in the importance of integrating faith and mental health, as a source of empowerment and resilience. With expertise in trauma-informed care, Dr. Brown offers support tailored to each person\'s unique needs, ensuring a holistic approach to healing and well-being.
