As a co-lead with the Dean, I spearhead the strategic planning for all graduate business programs, encompassing a diverse range including MBA in Management, Information Management Technology, Healthcare Administration, and Marketing concentration. I collaborated with key stakeholders to develop the MBA in Cybersecurity Leadership program, slated for launch in Summer 2024. With oversight of a team of adjunct faculty members, I nurture an environment conducive to collaboration and innovation. My responsibilities extend to coordinating semesterly schedules, faculty assignments, program development, curriculum design, and assessment to ensure compliance with industry trends and accreditation standards. Additionally, I forge partnerships with local businesses to enrich students\' experiential learning. Through onboarding training, I facilitate the integration of new adjunct faculty members.
