Responsibilities: International Business Product range: Educational, Health care, Environmental and industrial• Develop and maintain professional contacts with overseas distributors, dealers and clients. Seek out for some new business opportunities. Manage and monitor execution, and work closely with them to communicate results. • Serve on priority to overseas distributors/clients questions and queries via mail or call. Coordinate with R&D team to troubleshoot queries on Skype and Team viewer. • Prepare and manage international proposals, quotations, tenders, and authorization issues. Involve in regular follow ups and successful negotiation to acquire the order in company\'s favor. • Facilitate promotional marketing stuffs and provide support to marketing personnel. Manage & direct the activities of overseas distributors/ clients, including product introductions and obsolescence. • Attend international conferences, exhibitions, workshops to promote company\'s presence and focus on the great impact events and trade shows. • Invite and attend overseas distributors/clients and execute product trading, conferences and meetings for them to get familiar with product rang. Entertain them during their visit including company visit, presentation, business views over lunch etc. • Daily report to owner, strategies to expand export business, suggestions, forecasting, new opportunities etc.
