About Oommen George
Dr. Cdr Oommen George, retired as a Commander (Electrical Engineer) from the Indian Navy in 2005, after 21 years of distinguished service. Following his retirement, he embarked on a 10-year corporate journey with Philips/NXP Semiconductors. With a profound technical acumen, Dr. Cdr George possesses an exceptional understanding of both macro-scale, interconnected systems aboard Indian Naval warships and the micro-scale, intricate systems involved in semiconductor chip design and research. In 2015, his lifestyle and dietary choices led to deteriorating health, culminating in a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. He remained on medication until 2019. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge of interconnected systems, he began investigating the root causes of diabetes from a biological systems perspective. Through disciplined research and a comprehensive overhaul of his diet and lifestyle, he successfully reversed his diabetes by 2020. Inspired by his personal journey, Dr. Cdr George is now a passionate advocate for health and wellness. He dedicates himself to empowering his community, friends, and family to take charge of their health and reverse various lifestyle-related diseases.
