ABOUT CASEY TERRIBILINI
Healthcare executive and public‑safety professional with 30+ years of experience across emergency medical services, occupational health, sports medicine, and law enforcement. Known for building practical, compliance‑driven programs that protect workers, strengthen operational readiness, and extend the careers of first responders.My current work centers on first‑responder health and career longevity, including cardiac risk, sleep, stress, musculoskeletal injury, and emerging exposures such as PFAS. FROST delivers on‑site OSHA respiratory clearance and fit testing, audiometric testing, TB screening, vision and hearing services, and medical monitoring for first responders, agricultural operations, healthcare systems, and industrial employers across California. My leadership has emphasized mobility, regulatory accuracy, and employer‑friendly solutions that reduce downtime while improving safety outcomes.I have also supported nonprofit leadership, including governance and strategic planning for the National Center for Equine Facilitated Therapy (NCEFT) in Woodside, California.Today, I serve in strategic and advisory roles supporting organizational growth, partnerships, and mergers across occupational‑health and first‑responder wellness platforms.
