About Carrie Champ Morera
I started my career helping students and families navigate complex psychological and educational needs. That front‑line perspective shaped how I build products today: tools should reduce cognitive load, surface meaningful insights, and respect the realities of clinical practice. As a Director of Product, I translate research into accessible solutions, partnering with cross‑functional teams to design assessments and digital experiences that are scientifically validated and easy to use. I’m especially passionate about AI‑supported reporting and assessment solutions that save time without sacrificing nuance.I believe great products emerge when we listen deeply: to customers, to data, and to the team. Mentoring others, fostering clear collaboration, and aligning on outcomes are how I help teams do the best work of their careers so clinicians can do the best work for theirs. What drives me: Improving practitioner workflows • Elevating assessment clarity • Building high‑trust teams • Turning complex science into practical decisions
