I am an RNCM at Agape Care Group, a leading provider of hospice and palliative care services in South Carolina. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Liberty University, I have over 25 years of experience as a registered nurse, specializing in acute care, triage, patient advocacy, and patient safety. I am also a certified medical surgical nurse and a certified healthcare simulation educator, demonstrating my dedication to advancing my knowledge and skills in the nursing field. In addition to managing and coordinating the holistic care of patients and families facing end-of-life issues, I also teach online at Liberty University\'s DNP program, where I share my expertise in nursing leadership, medical-surgical nursing, pharmacology, fundamentals of nursing, and patient simulation. I have a passion for educating and mentoring the next generation of nursing professionals, and I have published a scholarly project on the teach-back methodology to improve patient satisfaction in an urgent care setting. I also serve as a reviewer for professional nursing journals and attend nursing conferences regularly to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in my field.
