I lead the psychology department at a inpatient rehabilitation unit for women, as well as sitting as part of the Senior Management Team. The role includes developing the Psychology Provision in the hospital, implementing a psychology group structure, clinically supervising Assistant Psychologists and facilitating individual psychological support. In addition I run multiple reflective practice spaces, incident debriefs and ad hoc staff support. In this role I provide consultation to the wider staff team, and contribute to the management of the hospital to ensure clinical best practice.
