Doty Bros. Construction Co. is where I leverage my 11 years of law enforcement experience and my passion for serving the community as a Construction Worker. I deliver quality work that enhances safety and satisfaction for our clients and partners, while also pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Irvine. My goal is to advance my knowledge and skills in leading, managing, and transforming organizations in various sectors and industries.I also have a Master of Arts degree in Sport and Fitness Administration and Management, and I have coached different teams and levels of football players, from youth to college. Coaching has taught me how to propel performance, develop talent, and build trust and confidence among my players, staff, and customers. I am always eager to take on new challenges, research contemporary solutions, and thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
