Clinical Research: Drafting protocols and case record forms, monitoring clinical trials to completion, preparing reports for registration and for publication, conducting post marketing surveillance studies, etc. Managing the delivery of clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, study agreements, supplies and other study documentation such as study presentations.• Medical support: Providing support to marketing team in organizing promotional campaigns, preparation of training manuals for medical representatives, preparation of product monographs for the medical profession; medical newsletter for doctors, CME programs for the doctors, training of medical representatives, answering for medical queries, handling product complains and adverse reactions. Pharmacovigilance training for marketing and sales team.• Regulatory affairs: Preparing pharmacological and clinical aspects of regulatory dossier.• Product development support: Supervising and coordinate all clinical trials and regulatory activities relating to regulatory compliance for assigned marketed and investigational products. Coordinating the planning of DCGI submissions for assigned products/projects to ensure most efficient use of resources.• New products evaluation: Identifying new products in line with corporate objectives.• Active involvement in New products launches.• Strategic planning: Formulating business plans to achieve organizational objectives.• Development of people: Ensuring that the development forms are in place for all reporting personnel to enable the achievement of goals and capability to assume increased levels of responsibility.
