About Bharati Sen
I have been associated with different curricula. I have headed Geography and Environmental Education departments.My forte had been to design curricula, mentoring teachers,select faculty for the schools. I aim to design effective and workable lesson plans develop policies to bring about not only quality learning but also document strategies for future use.I think we teachers get into a standstill due to lack of time or appropriate atmosphere to showcase our originality and vision. Educational institutions that develop strategies also do not review and update their policies due to the requirements of the present day.
