Actively support the planning, implementation and monitoring of intervention activities to ensure high quality results and adherence to Better Birth protocols, including through periodic review of reports, periodic in-person field visits, and periodic review meetings Do the supportive supervision as per the coaching schedule pattern, and provide support to the coach and the HoF & CQC. Access Pulse report on a day-to-day basis and provide input to the coaches and direction so that the checklist is implemented effectively. In coordination with Hub lead, organise district progress meeting once every two months and present to the district level officials the progress made by the facility in that particular district and ask for support where ever necessary. Share with the HoF and the facility staff the OTIS heat map on a monthly basis and ensure an effective CQC strategy is in place in each facility under his / her operation and draw out a clear SCC sustainability plan. Identify training needs of the coaches and share it with the Hub lead or the Intervention Lead (as per situation) on monthly basis.
