ABOUT BERND WALSER
When I was a young man environmental damage and dying of woods because of acid rain was a topic. For this reason I studied biology. My professional life was characterized by acting between the poles technology, social engagement, understanding ecology and preservation of nature. Today we live in times of global climate change, loss of biodiversity and decline of conditions for livelihood of mankind. We urgently need to become active to avoid losses which never can be brought back and to wake up in a world which does not enable the survival of future generations. But hopelessness is not an option!
