As a flavor scientist, I don’t just want you to like something, I want you to love it.After more than two decades in the field, I’ve found that it’s not enough to just appreciate flavors. You have to communicate that appreciation through science, something that I’ve done in my tenures at Wrigley, Mars, McCain Foods, and now Edlong as the Global Vice President of R&D.At Edlong, my job is to lead the charge - corralling the game-changing efforts of Edlong’s exceptional team of flavorists with great precision and leading them to strategic, market-conscious solutions. We create flavor solutions that not only respond to market demand, but predict trends and see where the future of flavor is headed.
