Effectively supervise employees by practicing & complying with applicable federal regulations; occupational health & safety rules and practices; security requirements; fiscal/resource constraints; change management principles; and the administration\'s & department\'s reform initiatives• Apply EEO concepts and requirements to all personnel actions and decisions, ensuring all employees are treated in a manner free from harassment, discrimination, & retaliation• Identify position requirements and acts in a timely manner on all steps in the recruitment & hiring process• Provide financial support to the AFLCMC mission by providing the complete contract services for A & AS acquisition & contract management of the AFLCMC\'s contracted workforce • Provide financial management guidance & advisory oversight of individual project expenditures specific to the funding of 21+ A & AS contracts • Provide direct customer support to internal and external AFLCMC customers while anticipating future needs & conveying ways to improve customer interactions• Develop accurate reports & documentation, timely cost/financial execution reports, & projected expenditure schedules • Provide financial advice on complex financial issues, assessments of implementing a decision, & develops program strategy for the execution of A & AS support• Ensure propriety and compliance with financial, fiscal, and auditing directives using innovative approaches to resolve customer issues• Recommend & present financial solutions to meet the funding warfighters requirements of the AF, DoD, and Federal Agencies • Develop and integrate new analysis methods across functional areas• Improve program agility by creating more efficient processes and develops solutions in meeting required program changes• Ensure a more effective way to administer the customer\'s resources by returning unused funding earlier• Develop personal and professional skills in areas not limited to performance, engagement, and expertise
