Product & Application Engineering• Technical support of the E&E portfolio (PA, PBT) for OEMs and Tier suppliers• Analysis of customer requirements and derivation of suitable substitution and optimization solutions• Execution of mechanical and physical testing (DSC, MFR, FTIR, tensile/flexural/impact, flammability, CTI, RTI)• Injection molding processing and evaluation of prototype and sample parts• Preparation of technical product recommendations and application-specific evaluation concepts• Development, optimization, and continuous improvement of extrusion formulations for compounding engineering plastics (e.g, polymer matrix, fillers and reinforcements, additives)Quality Management & Complaint Handling• Root-cause analysis and systematic investigation of customer complaints• Close collaboration with production and quality assurance using SAP• Documentation, cause analysis, and derivation of corrective actions• Validation of material batches and quality parametersRegulatory Affairs & Technical Documentation• Preparation and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS)• Compilation, maintenance, and provision of regulatory documentation (REACH, RoHS, POP, UL, etc.)Customer Project Management• Lead and coordination of customer-specific material development projects• Alignment of test plans, sampling, and validation processes• Delivery of technical training in engineering plastics for internal and external stakeholdersInternational Exposure• Training program in Guangzhou, China (03–05/2025) and (01–02/2026)
