Discovered Novel Antidiabetic and Hypolipidemic potential agents (from 1996 to 2002)Then moved to drug development portfolio for early stage development and late stage development of NCE (New Chemical Entity) compounds by gaining expertise in Route scouting, Process optimization, Process development, Process demonstration in Kilo lab, Technology Transfer to Pilot/commercial plant at Aragen (Inogent Laboratories Ltd).(from Dec 2007 to Aug 2015)Then, Joined to Curia (formerly AMRI) India as Head Chemical development and Analytical development.
