I currently serve as Professor and Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, India. My academic journey has been distinguished by numerous honors, including the prestigious AICTE-Chhatra Vishwakarma Award and recognition as one of the top 2% of scientists worldwide by Stanford University since 2021. This global acknowledgment highlights my significant contributions to scientific research, particularly through the publication of high-impact and highly cited research papers.With over 159 research articles published in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, I have achieved an H-index of 35 and a citation count of My publication record includes 30 papers in SCI journals. I have successfully guided 15 Ph.D. scholars and currently supervise 6 more under Anna University. Additionally, I have authored 35 textbooks, playing a substantial role in advancing technical education and academic literature.Beyond student-centered initiatives, I have actively organized and conducted numerous workshops, guest lectures, and mentorship programs.
