I am Dr. Azhar Abbas, a dedicated, enthusiastic, and energetic physical education lecturer, hockey coach, former national-level hockey player, and certified hockey technical official, with over ten years of dynamic experience in promoting grassroots field hockey and encouraging a fitness-oriented lifestyle among students, ranging from primary school to university levels. My deep-rooted passion for sports management, sports training, and sports psychology drives me to make a significant and positive impact on institutions, students, and the nation. I believe in nurturing physical development, promoting regular exercise and healthy dietary habits, and strengthening teamwork and student cohesion through engaging activities, sports, and competitive games.My goal is to develop responsible and healthy citizens and to train national and international-level athletes who will proudly represent our country.
