About Ashwin Kumar Narasimhan

I am a researcher, entrepreneur, and innovator specializing in advanced technologies that integrate nanotechnology and microfluidics for early disease detection. I hold a Ph.D. from IIT Madras, a Master’s in Nanotechnology from Amrita Centre, and a Bachelor\'s in Biomedical Instrumentation from SRM University. My work focuses on developing novel diagnostic tools with a proven track record of translating research into real-world applications.Currently, I am a Visiting Assistant Professor, Biomedical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Previously, I served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Toronto Metropolitan University and led the Advanced Nano-Theranostics (ANTs) research group at SRM University, India, developing micro/nano sensors for affordable diagnostics.
