Whether seeking premier talent or crafting cutting-edge designs, we deliver excellence in every project- Proficient in using Naukri Resdex and its features.​Responsibilities:​Talent Acquisition & Recruitment- ​Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation- ​Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles and industries- ​Utilize recruitment platforms and tools, such as Naukri Resdex, to optimize candidate search and management.​Operations & Team Management- ​Oversee daily operational activities related to recruitment and staffing- ​Hire, train, and mentor new team members on recruitment fundamentals, best practices, and company processes- ​Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment targets.​Cross-functional Collaboration- ​Work closely with different teams and departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements- ​Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of recruitment efforts with business goals.​Vendor & Business Development- ​Identify and collaborate with external vendors, partners, and staffing agencies to enhance business growth and talent sourcing- ​Negotiate and manage vendor agreements and contracts.​Strategic Planning- ​Contribute to the development of strategic plans for recruitment and operational excellence- ​Implement innovative design solutions and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
