Supervise capstone projects, research papers, and startup proposals. Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry panels in entrepreneurship and marketing. Lead curriculum innovation aligned with industry trends and startup ecosystem developments. Collaborate with faculty and external stakeholders to drive interdisciplinary learning and industry engagement.Administrative & Strategic Responsibilities (Associate Director – Swakiyam Centre for Incubation and Innovation): Oversee operations and strategic development of the Startup Incubation Centre. Provide mentorship and guidance to student and early-stage startups in business model design, fundraising, scaling, and market entry. Develop partnerships with industry leaders, venture capitalists, angel investors, and government bodies to support incubation activities. Plan and execute entrepreneurship bootcamps, demo days, pitch competitions, and accelerator programs. Manage funding applications, grants, and compliance for incubated ventures. Monitor KPIs and growth metrics of startups under incubation.
