I am mainly working on organic chemistry and have experiences as following: Synthesizing multistep Organic and Organo-Fluorine compounds; Carrying out Cyanation, Halogenation, Halex reaction, Oxidation (m-CPBA, H2O2, KMnO4, PCC, Swern Oxidation etc.), Reduction (NaBH4, LAH, DIBALH etc), Pyrophoric reagent (n-BuLi, NaH, Pd-C, Raney Ni etc.), Hydrogenation, Alkylation, Acylation, Cracking reaction, Protection groups ( Tosyl chloride, Boc-anhydride, etc.) and free Radical reagents ( Silanes, AIBN etc) etc.Capable of doing multi step synthesis in mg to g and Kg level. Experience in Distillation using various Column, Reflux divider, Perkin, etc. Experience in perfect documentation and performing a good laboratory SOP; Literature survey of raw materials, intermediates and new molecules by using Scifinder; Characterization of compounds through Interpretation of NMR and Mass spectra; method development, troubleshooting etc.
